I am one of those people who has always struggled with a lack of confidence. It’s a weird thing to admit, but it’s true.

Over the years, my self-esteem has gotten much better, but not without a lot of intentional work.

Going to therapy has been instrumental in helping me identify my limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. Now that I can clearly tell when I’m being hard on myself, it’s much easier for me to try to flip those negative, unfair thoughts around into something more positive.

Being consistent with your affirmations will help your brain adopt and believe the affirmations more fully and more quickly.
