5 High-Quality Shampoo & Conditioner Brands Under $12

We all want awesome, healthy hair, but sometimes the “best” shampoo and conditioner products for our hair can come with a hefty price tag (or worse, unhealthy ingredients that can damage our hair!).

That’s why we’ve put together a list of 5 shampoo and conditioner brands that not only offer affordable hair products, but brands that are conscious of how they’re made, too.

If you are looking for hair products that are cruelty-free, vegetarian, vegan, plastic-free and/or bad-ingredient-free, this list has something for you!

Here are 5 high-quality shampoo and conditioner brands under $12:

1. Shea Moisture

Shea Moisture’s hair products are sustainably produced, cruelty-free, and free of harmful ingredients like parabens, mineral oil, formaldehyde, phthalates and petroleum. Their products are made for all different types of hair and are incredibly affordable.

You can find Shea Moisture’s shampoo and conditioner products on their website, or in stores like Ulta or Sally’s Beauty for just under $12.

Lush prides themselves on being 100% vegetarian, and states that most of their products are actually vegan, too. They focus on creating products “using the freshest ingredients” and they also do not test their products on animals or purchase from suppliers that test on animals.

Lush also sells shampoo bars, and their website states that their “shampoo bars have saved 22.5 million plastic bottles from being produced”.

You can find Lush online at their website or in their stores, and most of their shampoo and conditioner products can be purchased for less than $12.
