Definitely before 65! I’d like a small, paid-off house on a big piece of land with chickens, goats and a veggie garden. I’d like to live near water or mountains and have enough money to travel.

Finish saving up my emergency fund ($10k, I have half saved now and will have the rest by the end of the year)

Save for a house. I’d love to be able to purchase a home with all cash.
What is your #1 financial concern right now?
I haven’t gotten used to not having debt. Money still stresses me out a lot even though I feel like I’m doing all the “right” things. I’m hoping to find a good balance between being responsible and having a good time.

Achieving debt freedom. It was HARD and required a lot of short term sacrifice but I know it is going to pay off.
Anything we didn’t ask about you that you want to include?
Right now my housing costs are $0 because my fiancé and I moved out of our apartment in Philly, converted a camper and are on a road trip! We will spend the holidays with my family in Philly and then likely head out again for a few months at the beginning of 2021.
I am working remotely for the foreseeable future and he is taking the year off of teaching. Our original plan for this fall was to be in Vietnam where he was supposed to have a teaching job but we couldn’t get visas because of COVID.
We hope to head to Vietnam next fall!
